Pratham Institute ( PACE ELECTRICAL CENTER MEERUT) targets students who have dropped out of school or have completed their formal education up to 8th or 10th grade. These youth are forced to drop education mid way to cater to their family and financial needs. Our objective is to facilitate quality and holistic education by spreading awareness, building self confidence in them and empower youth with hands on skills to enable attainment of livelihoods and a way out of poverty.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Kushwaha hold a Bachelor degree in science and ITI in Electrical. Pradeep has been associated with Pratham for the past 4 years in PACE Program. Pradeep currently work as Senior Trainer of PACE Electrical Training Center Meerut in skilling program of Pratham Institute.

Mr. Raj Kumar Rao hold a master degree and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Raj has been associated with Pratham for the past 10 years in Read India Program.Raj currently work as Center Head of PACE Electrical Training Center Meerut in skilling program of Pratham Institute.
